Black tea is intense and warm, revealing dormant memories. Cinnamon gives it its characteristic sweetness, aroma and flavour. To the properties of black tea are added the digestive virtues of cinnamon: it helps us in difficult digestions, prevents and treats problems of flatulence, but it is also effective in catarrhal processes with presence of mucus and helps the blood circulation of the fingers and toes in cold weather.

- Boil water and pour 5 gr.
- Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
