Instructions for use

  • Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably first thing in the morning.

  • Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drinks.

  • In the case of simultaneous use with oral antibiotics, space it at least 2 hours from taking the antibiotic.

  • Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
