Wash and dry your feet carefully.
Put on the exfoliating socks and leave them on for 60 to 90 minutes.
Remove them and then rinse your feet with warm water.
After a few days, the skin will start to peel naturally, revealing new and soft skin.
For optimal results, avoid moisturizing your feet during the peeling phase. Exfoliation usually begins between 4 and 7 days after application.
