Lehning Arnica Gel Lehning Arnica Gel Naturel 50g is a gel that contains a high concentration of Arnica Montana, a plant recognised for its properties in relieving bumps, bruises, injuries, and muscular discomfort. For proper application, it should be gently massaged onto clean, dry skin until fully absorbed. In adults, it is advisable to apply the gel as soon as possible after the injury and to repeat the application 2 to 3 times a day as needed. In children over 1 year old, the same procedure is followed by applying the gel to clean, dry skin as soon as possible, repeating the application 2 to 3 times a day if necessary.

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.

Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.

In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.

It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.

Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
