Dietary supplement based on marine magnesium and vitamin B6. A complete formula: 300mg of magnesium, 2mg of vitamin B6. A galenic innovation: prolonged release. A simple dosage: 1 dose per day. Magnesium and vitamin B6 in this formula contribute to reduce fatigue and support the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also supports normal muscle function.

Take 1 tablet a day with a large glass of water, preferably with food, and for a period of one and a half months, renewable if necessary. Do not take in case of severe renal insufficiency, allergy to one of the components included in the formula. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
