Mepilex Border Flex EM 6x12cm 10 Units are extra-thin, self-adherent, sterile, rectangular-shaped hydrocellular dressings for the treatment of wounds with little or no exudation.Mepilex Border Flex EM is composed of a silicone coating with Safetac technology, a thin polyurethane foam absorption layer, a diffusion layer and an outer semi-permeable and semi-transparent polyurethane film. It is flexible 360°, reduces tension on the skin and minimizes the risk of detachment, for greater comfort. Indicated for the treatment of chronic wounds (bedsores, leg ulcers, diabetic foot wounds) and acute wounds (postoperative and traumatic).
