Natural extract of washed and dehydrated roots of the leguminous plant tueraria thumbergiana. Contributes to normal intestinal function. Kuzu is said to have anti-inflammatory and slightly analgesic properties. It is traditionally used as a thickener in cooking, or in cases of diarrhea or heartburn. Suitable for food use.
