It has a very pale yellow color, with a pleasantly fresh, intense, and penetrating smell that invites deep breathing.

Obtained by harvesting the leaves and flowers just before maturity, when the essence content is highest, and then steam distilled.

Indicated for food use.

It is recommended to add 1 to 2 drops per kilo of the product you want to flavor for use in food products.
