For photoprotection to be effective, remember to apply it in sufficient quantity, spread it evenly and reapply it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. In addition to the use of topical photoprotection, use complementary protection methods: accessories such as brimmed hats, sunglasses and appropriate clothing. Reinforce skin care with oral photoprotection (in the form of a food supplement) along with a balanced diet.

Avoid exposure during the central hours of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00). Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight. Don't forget to apply aftersun to both your face and body so that your skin maintains the antioxidants and daily hydration it needs.
