**Breast milk is best for babies. Before using a baby formula it is advisable to consult your health professional.

1. Wash your hands well. 2. Wash the bottle, nipple, and cap thoroughly. Completely submerge in water, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and leave covered until needed*. 3. Shake the container well. Pour the correct amount of milk (see feeding chart) and give the bottle to the baby. 4. If necessary, warm the bottle in a water bath. Do not submerge the nipple. Check the temperature before serving. Do not use a microwave. 5. Discard any unused formula in the bottle after one hour. 6. The remaining formula in the container can be stored refrigerated (3-8°C) and must be consumed within 48 hours of opening. *If you use a steam sterilizer, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
