Instructions for use

My case of insomnia is difficult and chronic. Melatonin helps me to fall asleep, although not immediately, but as long as I go to bed no later than 0.00 in summer and 23:00 in winter; without it I take much longer. Light sleeping pills like Diazepam don't work any better for me, at least melatonin has no adverse effects.
