“I have never had any problems before, but this last time I had issues with the delivery. It gave me the option to choose a collection point, which I selected. I received an email stating that the first package (it was coming in two different ones) had been delivered to the collection point I had chosen. When I went there, they told me they had nothing and that they don't work with the postal service... Two days later, I received another email saying that the second package had been delivered to the collection point. But that's not true; it was never delivered to the selected collection point. I had to go to the post office to ask, and they had both packages there. I don't understand why they allow you to select a collection point and then tell me it's there when it isn't true.”

FROM THE COLLECTION POINT, AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY RECORD OF WHAT THEY TOLD ME ABOUT THE COURIER ATTEMPTING TO DELIVER IT TWICE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE, IT WOULD BE GOOD IF THEY CLARIFIED THIS WITH THE TRANSPORT AGENCY.”
