“Delivery is only by Correos, they didn't include InPost, GLS or any other operator like before. Correos doesn't even attempt delivery to the home and leaves it at their branch, which is about 6 kilometres from my house. Then I go, and wait 30 minutes to collect my package; it couldn't be worse.”

I made two consecutive purchases; the first one was when I received the email that my order was ready, but something personal happened, and I couldn't receive it at the mentioned address. So, I wrote to the promoFarma platform, and they replied that they would address my request shortly. This did not happen, and in the end, it arrived where it shouldn't have. As a result, I had to place the same order again. The second order went well; it arrived where it was supposed to, but now it turns out it cost me a few euros more than the first, and on top of that, the expiry date is next month for two boxes of 30 tablets that I will use occasionally, so I will have to throw away this order. In total, I spent over 40 euros for nothing. I am a very loyal customer to platforms that meet the basic requirements, which are product quality with a distant expiry date and, above all, customer service.”
