Laxative powder indicated for patients suffering from constipation, including children under 3 years of age and pregnant or breastfeeding women. It can be mixed with all types of non-carbonated beverages or in hot or cold food. It contains no lactose, gluten or added sugars, and has no colourings, flavourings or preservatives,
One dose is equivalent to 5g. Take 1 dose or increase until it takes effect, with a maximum of 4 doses per day.
To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
