Insert your arm into your stocking, grab your heel and turn it over. Open the toe with the thumbs of both hands, fit up to the instep and place the heel correctly. Take your stocking firmly below the top edge and go up slowly. Raise the stocking by pushing the fold formed over the instep and heel until it extends beyond it.
