Ortis Propex Defenses contains the following elements:

Andrographis and eleutherococcus which increase the body's resistance.

Andrographis improves respiratory well-being.

Vitamin C helps to reduce fatigue.

Vitamins C and E, zinc and selenium protect cells.

It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily amount. Keep out of the reach of small children.
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, or in children under 12 years of age. Not recommended for use in people undergoing anti-diabetic and anticoagulant treatment.

Instructions for use

Take 1 tablet, twice a day, with meals.

Composition

Microcrystalline cellulose, spray-dried juice powder of acerola (Malpighia punicifolia L.), dry extract of andrographis (Andrographis paniculata), elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.), selenium yeast, zinc citrate, D-alpha-tocopherol acetate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dextrin, soy lecithin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, colorant: copper chlorophyllin, flavors: essential oils of thyme officinal linalol (Thymus vulgaris linaloliferum) and lemon (Citrus limonum L).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
