Under 5 years: 1 tablespoon of coffee (5 ml), twice a day, after the main meals (breakfast and lunch)
Over 5 years: 2 tablespoons of coffee (10ml) twice a day, after the main meals (breakfast and lunch)
Use in 30-day program for maximum effectiveness. It can be repeated several times a year if necessary.
