The PHB Active electric toothbrushhas a very modern and eye-catching design. It is a great help if you want to have a really clean mouth. Combined with dental products such as toothpaste and mouthwash, this electric toothbrush helps to achieve a much more effectivecleaning of the mouth and teeth than is achieved with a manual toothbrush.

Its small, round head allows you to easily access the inside of the teeth and its filaments penetrate the interdental spaces fighting dental plaque. This helps to achieve a healthy mouth, free of gum disease, cavities and with a fresh and pleasant breath.

Wet the toothbrush and add a small quantity of toothpaste.
Place the toothbrush forming a 45° angle with the gums and brush gently in a circular motion.

Brushing time should be a minimum of 2 minutes, on all surfaces of the teeth.

Brush the tongue to kill bacteria and to maintain a fresh breath or use a tongue cleaner.

Rinse your mouth.

Clean the toothbrush head and store the brush in its storage/recharge unit in an upright position.

To maintain good oral hygiene, you should brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste two to three times a day, once in the evening. At least 2 minutes should be spent to ensure proper cleaning. You can supplement your oral hygiene routine using a tongue cleaner, an interdental brush and a mouthwash to reach the less accessible corners.

The toothbrush bristles wear over time, so it is advisable to change the brush every 3 months or sooner if there is obvious deterioration. Remember that if the end of the bristles is very deteriorated, it may not provide optimal cleaning and may cause micro trauma to your gums.
