Description

Actimove Physiopack is a reusable bag designed for cold and heat applications, ideal for incorporating into thermotherapy and cryotherapy routines. Its 16 x 26 cm format offers a practical surface to adapt to different areas of the body, providing a comfortable and versatile application.

It can be used in cold therapy to help relieve discomfort associated with inflammation, bruises, or muscle overload, and in heat therapy to provide a comforting sensation in areas with muscle tension or stiffness. Thanks to its reusable design, it is a practical option for everyday care.

Instructions for use

It is applied to the area to be treated with a cloth or towel between the gel pack and the skin. The cold and heat will be limited to 20 or 30 minutes. The appropriate size insulated boxes can keep the gel pack at a functional hot or cold temperature for approximately 6 hours. Preparation before heat treatment (heat application): Heat with hot water: heat enough water to completely cover the gel pack. When the water reaches approximately 80ºC, turn off the heat source and carefully place the gel pack in the hot water for 1 or 2 minutes. Heat with a microwave: for the 12x29 cm and 16x26 cm sizes, heat for 4 minutes at 180W. For the 7.5x10 cm size, heat for 45 seconds at 180W. Preparation before cold treatment (cold application): store the gel pack flat in the freezer (from -10 to -15ºC) or in the refrigerator (10ºC). The gel pack is ready for its first use after 2 hours in the freezer or 6 hours in the refrigerator. Reuse: As long as the aluminum foil is intact, the gel pack can be reused without special measures during the indicated product lifespan.
