PlusQuam Pharma Hidrasal Lemon 24capsules is a dietary supplement in the form of effervescent tablets that help to improve the state of the body by maintaining healthy water levels and preventing dehydration.

Its formulation consists of sugars and mineral salts, which promote the supply of fluid to the body. They have a lemon flavour.

It is especially recommended for athletes, children, the elderly, pregnant women and any other individual at risk of dehydration.

It comes in a box with tubes, each containing 12 tablets.

• Add 2 tablets to 200 ml of drinking water and wait until completely dissolved (stir if necessary). Once the solution has been prepared, it is recommended to administer small amounts (sips or teaspoons of less than 5 ml), to promote absorption and intestinal rest.

• Adults and children weighing more than 20 kg: Administer 200 ml - 400 ml 3 times a day.

• Children weighing less than 20 kg: Administer 10 ml/kg 3 times a day.

*Dietary supplements should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle.

*It is not advisable to exceed the recommended dose.
