Flakes obtained after steaming buckwheat grains of the Polygonum Fagopyrum species from which only the skin has been removed. It adapts to various instant preparations and provides a large amount of nutrients and fibre that contribute to regulate blood sugar levels.
Blanch 1 volume of flakes with 3 volumes of liquid and allow to swell for 3 minutes, covered.
