Description

Almond protein is obtained from Sicilian almonds and is characterized by its typical delicate scent. This protein powder has an important content of vegetable proteins, which contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. It contains the eight essential amino acids, L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, Methionine-cysteine, phenylalanine tyrosine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-valine, as well as calcium and lots of fibre. With a pleasant nutty flavour. It can also be used to replace part of the usual flour when baking bread or biscuits with the consequent nutritional improvement, making it perfect for the elderly.

Instructions for use

Mix 2 scoops (approx. 20 g) of almond protein with 100 ml of water in a blender. When baking, part of the traditional flour can be replaced with almond protein. Keep out of the reach of children, store away from sources of light and heat and keep in a cool, dry place.

Tyrosine or L-tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid that is part of proteins. This amino acid is involved in the synthesis of thyroid hormones, which regulate metabolism. Tyrosine is also key in the formation of neurotransmitters. It contributes to maintaining a normal mood and to the regulation of memory, pleasure and motor skills.

Using a dietary supplement with L-tyrosine is recommended in mentally or physically demanding circumstances, such as intense exercise and stressful situations. It also promotes healthy hair. Remember that it is always advisable to personalise supplementation and that it is never a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet.
