Suavidor Plantas Relaxantes 45caps is a food supplement based on 6 plants and magnesium. This combination of ingredients will help you relax and fall asleep in those moments when you feel more restless. This is helped by magnesium, an element that promotes relaxation and sleep.

Contains passionflower, valerian, lemon balm and hops contribute to good relaxation and promote quality sleep. California poppy has calming properties and hawthorn completes the formula reducing nervousness.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules with water every night during dinner.
