How to use Respimar decongestant 

Gently insert the diffuser into the nostril and apply slight pressure to the diffuser to allow seawater to escape.

SEA WATER, PURIFIED WATER, PROPYLENE GLYCOL AND CHAMOMILE EXTRACT, ALOE VERA AND PEPPERMINT.
