Folate contributes to the normal formation of blood cells. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6 also contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.

In addition, riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of red blood cells under normal conditions.

This product is a dietary supplement based on iron and vitamins.

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule. Instructions for use: Take 1 capsule before any of the main meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner) with a glass of water. Doses per container: 120 days. Contains 120 capsules of 600mg.
