Dextrin bread is a toasted bread that undergoes a double baking process, which breaks down the starches of the cereal, resulting in a tastier and more easily digestible bread than conventional bread.

It is made with:

• Whole wheat flour
• Chia seeds
• Sourdough
• Water
• Salt
• A little bit of extra virgin olive oil

Chia seeds are a food that contain several interesting nutrients and are easy to integrate into your regular diet.
