For use, it is recommended to:
- Remove the original insoles from the shoes, if possible.
- Place the Scholl insoles in the footwear to check the correct size.
- Trim if necessary following the line indicated near the toes, which corresponds to your size in the size guide.
- Make sure to insert the insoles with the gel side down.
It is advised to replace the insoles every six months or when signs of wear are observed. For cleaning, you can wipe with a cloth dampened in hot soapy water, avoiding submerging them in water.
