To achieve complete oral hygiene, dentists recommend complementing your daily brushing with a mouthwash tailored to you. If you suffer from dental sensitivity, choose those mouthwashes with a more tolerable formula for your gums; this way, you will avoid itching and discomfort in your teeth while rinsing your mouth thoroughly.
The Sensodyne Splash Cool Mint mouthwash features a formula specifically designed for sensitive teeth. It contains 3% w/w of potassium nitrate that provides ongoing protection against dental sensitivity. Its formula contains no alcohol.
