Septomida 30 Sachets is an effective solution for specific hygiene and skin protection. Formulated with zinc sulphates, aluminium-potassium and copper with astringent, cleansing, and drying action. It removes exudate, helps to prevent the proliferation of microorganisms on the skin, and aids in the healing process.

1. Preparation of the solution: Fill a suitable container with running water. Then pour the contents of one sachet for every liter approximately and stir until the powder is dissolved. The solution is now ready for use. 2. Application: Soak the affected area in the bidet or basin, projecting the solution with your hand or applying it with a gauze, cotton, or compress well soaked in the solution. Repeat the baths or applications twice a day.

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
