Wash and dry your hands before starting


Washing with hot water and soap can effectively remove impurities and sugar substances and prevent interference with test results.
Choose the position of the blood-filled fingertip and then clean the puncture site for about 20 seconds. This makes bleeding easier and less painful.
Use a cotton ball soaked in 70% alcohol to clean the puncture site and wait for the skin to dry.
