Description

Diet plays an important role in both the prevention and treatment of constipation. However, in certain situations and for certain people, it may be necessary to use fibre supplements or laxatives.

Sotya Zaragatona, Flax and Vitamin C Flat Belly is a food supplement that thanks to its composition will help you obtain a flat stomach

  • Zaragatone produces seeds that are highly rich in fibre. In addition, zaragatone or plantain also plays an important role in its ability to lower blood cholesterol levels by reducing levels of saturated fatty acids and bile acids.
  • Fructooligosaccharides produce a feeling of satiety and regulate the intestinal tract.
  • The linseed contains a large amount of fibre which, in contact with water, increases the size of the faecal bolus, favouring its progression throughout the intestine and softening the intestinal mucosa without irritating it at all.

*Suitable for coeliacs.

Forget about the bloating and the flatulence!

Instructions for use

Dissolve 1 to 2 tablespoons of coffee two or three times a day, before meals in water or juice. It is recommended to drink a large glass of water immediately afterwards.

Composition

Zaragatone (30%), fructooligosaccharides (28%), ground flax (5%), yoghurt (50 million live cells at the time of packaging), sorbitol, aroma and natural orange and orange powder colour.

Pharmaceutical Advice

It is recommended to drink at least 4 or 5 of water or other liquids (juices, soups, infusions...) every day. Regular physical exercise helps strengthen the muscles of the abdominal wall involved in the bowel movement reflex.
