Buckwheat noodles also known as noodles, enriched with sweet potato. They do not contain gluten. It is a delicious food of flavour and texture ideal for the preparation of various Asian recipes. They are suitable to prepare in wok or add to salads.

Add the noodles to a pot of boiling water, cook for 3-4 minutes, drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
