Press once, release the on/off button and wait for 2 short beeps, place the sensor on your temple and wait for the next beep. Finally, read the temperature.
Exposing thermometers to extreme temperatures or excessive humidity is not advisable, as this may affect measurement accuracy. Leaving the thermometer at room temperature for at least half an hour before use is recommended.
If the thermometer comes into contact with any part of the body (ear, mouth, armpit...), it should be cleaned after use.
