Tiritas® scars, the new silicone dressing from Tiritas® that helps prevent and treat linear, hypertrophic, and keloid scars. It is waterproof, cuttable, and has a high sun protection factor (SPF 50+); essential for minimizing and preventing hyperpigmentation. The product comes with a white storage box to keep the dressing in case you want to remove it, for example, to clean the scar or check its appearance. The dressing should be worn for 12 to 24 hours a day and for a maximum of 7 days per dressing. The treatment should start when the wound is already closed and can last from 3 to 6 months (depending on the scar).
