I have been taking this exact product (from the same company) for some time. I had problems with osteoarthritis in one hand and discomfort in one knee due to a torn meniscus. In both cases they wanted to operate. After doing rehabilitation I started with this curcuma, first in higher doses, now in maintenance (1 capsule every other day). I have improved 90%, I have not needed any operation, nor aggressive anti-inflammatory drugs. I recommend it.
