The feet remain mostly hidden compared to the rest of the body. For this reason, it is common not to give or neglect attention to your care. However, it is important to provide care and hydration to the feet, so that they stay hydrated and do not appear hard or cracked.

It is important to maintain a foot care routine, starting with daily cleansing and moisturising.

Once or twice a week you can gently exfoliate your feet to remove dead cells and impurities and promote skin renewal. Undoubtedly, moisturising daily is the greatest way to combat calluses. In the colder months and in summer (when feet are more exposed and dehydrated due to environmental and lifestyle conditions), I recommend applying a thicker layer of moisturiser at night and letting it work while you sleep.
