They are wholemeal macaroons made with spelt flour. Made with ingredients from organic farming. Nutritionally it is a food that only contains complex carbohydrates. It does not contain added sugars or salt. It provides a high content of dietary fibre and protein. Suitable for daily consumption. Consume to taste, with sauces, in salads or pasta. It is a vegan product.

Boil in plenty of water or broth for 10 to 15 minutes.
