My son has been taking it for 10 days to study. So far, he hasn't noticed much improvement in his concentration. I guess he has to take it for a longer period of time to notice any effects.

The product is fine, I'm finishing the box and it has come in handy for this period of stress and chores. Even so, other products even of the same brand carry more vitamins and in more quantity so I do not know if I would buy it again, I think it is better to take another more complete. The taste is very, very sweet, I found it hard to take in the morning.
