Description

Composition

ZMA(Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate, Zinc L-Aspartate, Zinc Monomethionine, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (vitamin B6).Other ingredients: Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), emulsifier (magnesium stearate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide) and casing (gelatin).

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin needed to form neurotransmitters (nervous system messengers) and adrenal hormones. It is also involved in the proper functioning of the immune system.
