Description

Dietary supplement made from vitamins, amino acids and plant species. Vitamins B1, B3, B6 help to tone the nervous system and relax it and help to improve stress problems. It also has in its composition with amino acids and plant substances such as rosemary, lime blossom, lemon balm or orange blossom, which act as adaptophen which allows to adapt and regulate the nervous system in situations of uncontrolled or alterations.

Instructions for use

Take 3 capsules a day, 1 capsule at main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

Composition

Melissa dry extract (Melisa officinalis L., leaves): 90 mg, Orange blossom dry extract (Citrus Aurantium L., flower): 70 mg, Linden dry extract (Tilia platyphyllos Scop et cordata Mill, flowers): 50 mg, Rosemary dry extract (Rosmarinus officinalis L., leaf and/or flowering tops): 40 mg, L-Tryptophan: 10 mg, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide): 5,34 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 0,57 mg, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride): 0,47 mg.

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin needed to form neurotransmitters (nervous system messengers) and adrenal hormones. It is also involved in the proper functioning of the immune system.

Like other B vitamins, it contributes to normal energy metabolism. Its presence in the diet is necessary for normal brain development during pregnancy and childhood. It is therefore involved in proper nervous system function. Like the other B vitamins, it is water-soluble, which means that our body cannot store it in large quantities. How can we obtain it? The answer lies in diet, which must be varied and balanced. Foods such as fish (tuna and salmon), meat and eggs, nuts (walnuts), pulses (chickpeas), unrefined cereals and fruit such as bananas provide significant amounts of vitamin B6.
