Description

Aboca Sedivitax Tisane 20uds is an infusion that helps to fall asleep and improve their quality, also allows to relieve daily stress, facilitating relaxation.

Made from passionflower leaves, extracts of chamomile flowers or lemon balm leaves that helps to calm and relax body and mind. In addition, the essential oil of orange contributes to confer an intense and pleasant flavor, without adding sugar.

Suitable for adults.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to drink 1 cup of herbal tea at night to facilitate sleep and improve its quality. If necessary, 1 cup of herbal tea in the morning to alleviate the tensions of the day and promote relaxation.One tea bag is enough to prepare a cup of tea (approximately 200 ml). Pour boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and leave it in infusion for 5 to 7 minutes, keeping it covered to prevent the dispersion of the most volatile substances.

PASIFLORA (PASSIFLORA INCARNATA) LEAVES, MELISSA (MELISSA OFFICINALIS) LEAVES, CHAMOMILE (CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA) FLOWERS, LICORICE (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) RAÍZ, CHAMOMILE (CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA) FLOWERS LYOPHILIZED EXTRACT, ORANGE NATURAL AROMA WITH OTHER NATURAL AROMAS, PASSIONFLOWER (PASSIFLORA INCARNATA) LEAVES LYOPHILIZED EXTRACT MULTIFRACTION (PASSIFLÒ2-LMF).

Pharmaceutical Advice

If you suffer from some kind of sleep disorder, it is best not to take a nap. At most, it is recommended to rest for 15 to 20 minutes after eating.
