Amanda Yerba Mate 500g

Yerba mate are plants suitable for infusions. They are made with yerba mate leaves, a plant native to the river basins of Argentina and Paraná. They are dried, cut and ground. It is drunk hot and its taste is bitter due to the tannins in its leaves. It provides caffeine and multiple properties: it acts as a powerful antioxidant, stimulates the nervous system naturally, increases the ability to concentrate, improves resistance to physical and mental fatigue, and works as a diuretic and mild laxative.

Teapot: for 1 litre, take approx. 12g of mate and let it steep at 80 degrees for about 5 minutes.
