Description

Arec is a food supplement with oils rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from the microalgae Schizochytrium and Gammalinolenic, Vitamins (A, E, C, B6), Glutathione, Lactoferrin, Hydroxytyrosol and trace elements.

It has been formulated to supplement the daily needs of essential fatty acids of the omega 3 and omega 6 family and the included group of vitamins. Supplementing the diet whenever necessary, with sufficient intake of these, promotes the healthy state of the ocular mucosa based on the presence of vitamin A, essential for normal vision.

The antioxidant protection for the cells of the organism offered by Vitamins C and E and the presence of Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system

Arec can be taken by people with coeliac disease, allergic/intolerant to eggs or intolerant to milk.

Caution in case of fish allergy.

Instructions for use

Take one capsule a day with a glass of water with a meal

Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of polyunsaturated fat that helps regulate triglyceride and cholesterol blood levels. However, these fats, which help to maintain cardiovascular health, are not produced by the body. This is why it is important to include foods rich in Omega 3 in your diet, such as fish and shellfish, seeds or algae. Without ever exceeding the recommended dose, you can also opt for dietary supplements that provide these beneficial fatty acids.

The most common fatty acids are EPA and DHA (from marine sources) and ALA (from plant sources), which help regulate blood pressure. They also help to reduce the risk of developing irregular heartbeats or arrhythmias. Omega-3's main benefits are therefore related to cardiovascular health and, as they are part of the cell membranes, they also help to maintain the nervous system function in good condition. Remember that dietary supplements should never replace a healthy, balanced diet.

Prescribed by an ophthalmologist after the laser myopia operation, I stopped taking them. I have done it again to see if it helps in the dryness of the eye, I need time to see if I have the desired effect.
