Arkopharma Arkosueño Forte 8h 30comp is a food supplement that helps to fall asleep, reduce nighttime awakenings and improves the feeling of rest upon awakening.

It contains 1mg of melatonin, Passionflower and Valerian to help you fall asleep and 0.9mg of melatonin plus California Poppy to reduce nighttime awakenings. In addition, it releases melatonin in two phases: One immediate (1mg) to fall asleep and another during the night (0.9mg) to prevent nighttime awakenings.

Indicated for adults with sleep problems and/or nighttime awakenings

Take orally 1 tablet a day, 1 hour before going to bed, with a large glass of water.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children.

Not recommended in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients, in pregnant or breastfeeding women or with alcohol, as it reduces the effectiveness of melatonin in reducing the time to fall asleep.

If you are under medical treatment with antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives, ask your doctor for advice before taking this food supplement.
