This savoury spice blend has a medium heat and a more reddish tone than standard curry and spicy curry, with a smoky flavour and deep aroma, especially for seasoning Asian-style sauces. It can also be used to marinate meat and fish before cooking. In addition, it comes from organic farming, so it keeps all the flavor and natural properties for an exceptional result of the dishes. Keep the container tightly closed in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
Apply to taste in cooking recipes, although a dose of 50g per kg of meat is recommended.
