Biocop Piadina Wheat Mini Spelt Bio 100g

4 mini piadinas made with a mixture of wholemeal and white flour. Ideal to prepare in a frying pan and fill with sweet or savoury ingredients, although they can be eaten unheated. Very flexible. Made with extra virgin olive oil. Does not contain milk or derivatives. Suitable for vegans. May contain traces of sesame, soya, gluten, nuts, peanuts and lupins. It is a certified organic product and has passed the food safety controls of the European Union. Keep in a cool, dry place.

Heat a non-stick griddle or frying pan for one minute on each side, place the ingredients on top and then roll or fold the piadina. It can also be eaten cold.
