Organic brown rice with denomination of origin Calasparra. Calasparra is located 350 metres above sea level and rice has been grown here since the 18th century. The mountainous environment and the quality of the water of the cultures contribute in the high quality of the rice. Brown rice preserves the edible husks and germ of the rice, providing fibre, amino acids and nutrients to the diet. Variety: Balilla x Sollana.

Use: Wash with cold water and cook with water: 1 part of rice with 2-2,5 parts of water.
Cooking: 5 minutes at high heat, 40 minutes approx. at minimum heat and 10 minutes of rest. Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.
