The white round rice calasparra has denomination of origin, it is an organic product grown in the lands of Murcia, where rice has everything it needs, water and hard soil from which it gets all its nutrients. The rice has been cleaned, removing all the covering by physical methods, by friction, without using chemical methods that can alter its flavour.

Wash the Calasparra round rice with cold water and put to cook with water. 1 part of rice and 2 to 2.5 parts of water.
Approximate cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes over low heat.
