Kuzu powder, 100% organic, indicated for use as a thickener in gastronomic preparations. It acts as a binder in sauces, compotes, processed dishes and jellies. It is a starch obtained from the Pueraria Lobata plant, and used in traditional Chinese medicine. It contains detoxifying properties for the body, which facilitate the elimination of toxins. • 1 ½ tablespoon of the product equals 3 tablespoons of arrowroot.
