Helps remove mascara, shadows, concealers and waterproof or stubborn makeup, while helping to preserve the health of eyelashes. Formulated with chamomile extract, which provides a soothing and calming effect and helps strengthen eyelash fibers. Dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested.
